We have taken a fresh look at the retained recruiting industry and developed a unique model that accommodates the client journey and the candidate journey most appropriately. Our projects unfold in two general stages: the Research phase and Insight phase.
In the Research phase, we Orient, Design and Discover. We first Orient with the client by using techniques to understand the context, culture and position requirements, both tangible and intangible. In the Design step, we create a comprehensive research plan from PhD-level judgement. Finally, we Discover candidates by executing the research plan.
In the Insight phase, we Synthesize and Integrate as we progress from candidate identification to analysis and development. We couple our first-hand insight with a variety of effective tools to determine the most appropriate candidates. Selecting from a filtered, qualified group of candidates reduces client risk, and ensures efficient, successful placements.
