Edgar Papke is an author, speaker and globally recognized expert in business alignment, leadership and organizational culture. He is the author of the book True Alignment: Linking Company Culture to Customer Needs for Extraordinary Results (AMACOM Books) and numerous essays and articles on business.
Edgar provides coaching and consulting to CEO’s and executives, delivers keynote speeches and presentations, and works with leadership teams to improve their alignment. His clients include CEOs and executives of small regional and large multi-national and Fortune 500 organizations. As an award-winning speaker, Edgar is widely recognized for his authentic style and innovative approach. Over the past twenty-five years, he has delivered over 2,300 keynote speeches, presentations, and workshops. In 2006, he was honored as International Speaker of the Year by Vistage, with over 17,000 members, the world’s largest organization for CEOs.
Mr. Papke holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Regis University, a B.S. in International Business Administration, and a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He is the recipient of the Culinary Institute’s prestigious Francis Roth Award, a Cordon Bleu Medal, recognition by the Master Chefs Institute, and a third place at the 1986 International Food Show. As a singer-songwriter, he has three albums to his credit and has been named to the Save the Music Foundation’s Honor Roll. He has served as a host for PBS television and radio, lectures at universities, and has served several non-profit organizations.
